These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Stowza websites, software, public rental workflows, facility portals, communications, and related services provided by Stowza, LLC.

By accessing or using Stowza, you agree to these terms and any applicable facility, rental, payment, or account terms presented during your use of the service. If you use Stowza on behalf of a business or facility, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Stowza provides software and technology services for self-storage facility operators, including facility management, tenant workflows, online rentals, payments, gate and access integrations, reporting, communications, and related operational tools.
Storage rentals, leases, facility access rules, fees, refunds, insurance or protection requirements, and property-specific obligations are between the tenant or customer and the applicable storage facility. Stowza provides technology and is not the owner or operator of every facility using the platform.
You are responsible for accurate information, authorized account access, safeguarding credentials, and lawful use of the platform. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse facility or tenant data, or use Stowza for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to processor and facility terms. Stowza may display balances, invoices, payment links, and transaction history based on facility configuration and available data.
By providing consent, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Stowza-powered facilities related to storage account activity, move-in links, reservations, payment or account setup links, support handoffs, access information, and facility notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing Stowza services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stowza does not use this toll-free messaging program for marketing or promotional campaigns unless a separate compliant marketing consent workflow is presented and accepted.
Stowza may integrate with payment processors, communications providers, gate access systems, accounting tools, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Stowza software, designs, workflows, content, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Stowza or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Stowza technology except as expressly permitted in a written agreement.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or business operations. We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Stowza is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Stowza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stowza after an update means you accept the revised terms.
